How do I personalise my order?
Fill in your baby's name and any details on the product page, and upload a photo if you’d
like. We’ll create a digital proof and send it via email for approval before we start
production.
How long does it take?
Standard personalised orders usually take 7–14 working days from proof approval, depending on
how busy we are and how detailed your design is. Delivery times then depend on your location
in South Africa.
How do I pay?
We currently accept EFT (bank transfer) and can also share links for South African payment
options such as SnapScan or Ozow on request. Once you confirm your order online, we’ll send
our banking details and reference so you can pay securely from your own banking app.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we deliver across South Africa via trusted courier partners.
What size should I order?
Each product listing includes suggested sizes. When in doubt, we always recommend sizing up
– babies grow fast and we want you to get as much wear as possible.
Can I order without a custom photo or design?
Yes. Many of our designs work beautifully with just your baby's name and details. Simply
leave the custom photo/design upload blank and we’ll create a name-only design.
What's your return policy?
Because every item is personalised, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns. If there’s a
production error or something isn’t quite right, please contact us – we’ll fix any mistakes
as quickly as possible at no extra cost.
